
Individual Sessions
I offer individual sessions for people who are experiencing emotional or physical difficulties. Utilising an integrative mind/body/heart/spirit approach I help and guide people on their healing journey to regain their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Using a mixture of modalities drawn from a wide range of trainings and lived experience, I blend compassion and mindfulness meditation, breath and energy work, counselling and coaching to provide a bespoke package for a person. This includes:
- Counselling
- Personalised mindfulness and compassion meditations
- Heart breath coherence training
- Shamanic energy work and journeying
- Health consultations and coaching for people with cardiac issues
- Exploring the science and indigenous knowledge underpinning my approach to wellbeing
